BWL week2

People in BWL and the team alts, do get first choice of spots in the MC raid as well. As usual the leaders reserve the right to invite to make a balanced and successful raid so the invites are not truly first come, first serve. Attendance and gear are factors in determining changes.

In speaking with a friend at work who has completed BWL w/ his guild, he mentioned something to me that should assist greatly with (baal?) I wasn't sure if this has been brought up or not, but he said that when his guild was trying to get through this, they had Flask of Titan on all 6 main tanks. I figure that we can throw together a well organized group of 300 alchemists and run into Scholo and make a few. I don't have the receipe, but the guild could buy it for me so I can make them for the guild!!!!! lol. :) anyway, thought I would throw my two cents in there.

Vael is probably what he meant. I know Gnimish got the recipe this past week, Titans that is. That's a lot of mats for 6, and considering TE got Vael to 19% after 3 tries for the first time ever, that's pretty good. I think there's a good chance we can down him this week.

BWL is different then MC, we really have to:

1. Talk through the strats and make sure people understand what to do. This may take awhile but has to be done. You can't fall asleep in BWL at any point, if you are going to BWL as the trailblazing team, the be prepared to put this upfront work in.

2. With each wipe, we have to discuss what went wrong. This is not to lay blame, rather to say, "this didn't work, you have to be sure to do this, or that" and then discuss it and then implement it.

3. Be ready to accept responsibility for your actions. Again not to lay blame. But if you know you that you Zigged when you should have Zagged, speak up so that we can account for that. We are learning, people are going to make mistakes, if you stand up and say that you made such and such mistake, we know and you know that you aren't going to do that again.

4. Despite all this work, have fun, and more fun.

That time in BWL was one of the best times I have had in WoW since the first time I saw Rag go down! This effort is totally worth it and can't wait to go again.

Scholo run on Thursday night to make flasks. Send mats to Goblit if you want one made for yourself. I will talk to gnimish about making a flask of Titans for the MT as that is the one recipe I don't have. I do have several black lotus thanks to generous donations from Sanctification guildies.
