Since the mount is already on the PTR, the mats are available. Here they are:

2x Adamantite Frame
30x Fel Iron Bar
8x Handful of Fel Iron Bolts

I also noticed a schematic for an epic conversion. Requires the non-epic mount to make.

1x Flying Machine Control (this is the non-epic engineering mount)
