Mordos is certainly right-on here. I also find a lot less competition for elementals in many of these spots, for the obvious reason everyone thinks Elemental Plateau, etc. Elemantal Plateau = truly dog-eat-dog just to get anything. Either place though, try 4-6am server time, and you'll find...

I'm with Cassadine. EST, and getting up 4:30am our time once school starts back up in 2 wks. 7pm server, 10pm EST start is obviously very rough on the tail-end, ie getting up with less than 4 hrs of sleep.... This can be a tough issue, but one obvious simple solution : Start at 5-6pm EST...

Well, if the chars you speak of are really 'new' (mine is of course), then aren't there attunement issues? Many of us aren't attuned. I don't think AQ40 has attunement, but the others are to a greater or lesser extent, quite an attunement nuisance. Naxx which might be huge fun, is downright...

I don't view this thread as a Complaint, so much as an exhortation, and throwing up a flag to say, hey, let's not lose sight of the forest thru the trees. If you've stumbled into the 'just gotta get better gear and that instance is not going to do me any good' mindset, it's time to step back...
