I think master looter is safer because we won't be on the clock trying to decide on each item who's going to roll need or greed or pass. There's no trading items in this game once they are looted so it's best to take our time.

I definitely think we should use master loot on our operations until we get a feel for how things will work, and maybe just let the officers decide who should get each item.

In many ways I agree with what he is saying, and I do think WoW was more prepared and polish at launch. The community is what makes an MMO truly enjoyable though, so if we find ways to have fun together I think we will have a great time.

8 sounds about right to me too. I was sitting at about a 4 until I got to level 10, but then the game started to get fun. I rushed through the end of Coruscant the last night to get to my spaceship, and it really looked like things were gonna get good then. Got a little taste of space combat.
