The IP goes into the Search/connect box that comes up in game for Game connecting.

The Medium for Voice Chat. That and just typing in game.
Any others interested in also hosting games, post a thread and one of the leaders will contact you for further information
Port Forwarding Info direct play 7 and 8 are what you want to host a game.
