Tribe of Judah Staff Manager
With an huge influx of new members, I have been wanting to get some staffing positions filled and on the move. We have had a few staffing changes as well so I am currently looking for a few people for a few different things.
1. Recruiter : (1 position open, head recruiter is Klangdon)
My expectations for the recruiters in the guild is that they, as a whole, make 2 posts weekly on WoW related forums concerning our guild. These posts should be an invitation to gamers looking for a Christian guild to join. (example)
Another job detail of the recruiter position is that of inviting members to the guild and getting them started on who we are and where they can get pertinant info to catch them up to our speed. One way of doing this is by getting their email address and sending them an email with this info as outlined in my other post. The head recruiter (Klangdon) is who you will report to for any help\questions. This being said....those interested in this position should either post a response or send a PM to myself or Odale (Klangdon).
2. Raid Coordinator : (3 positions open)
There is a reason why I would like 3 positions here. I would like for the three raid coordinators to operate together in creating guild runs on instances\raids for low, medium and high levels alike. I do need a head raid coordinator that is able to take on the complexity of instance runs such as BWL, MC, ZG, Onyxia. This person would need to maintain our current alliances with both Roadkill and Holikron Knights for MC and ZG. The head coordinator would also be responsible for the other two coordinators and helping them put together their instance runs. These positions do require some degree of experience and I would love to see us grow as a guild in doing these runs together. There are more fun positions to come soon but I see these as the most important at this time. I do appreciate everyone taking the time to devote to this and pray that God moves on the hearts of those that He would have here.
