Guild Goals for Q1

I'm not one to quote myself often (see sig for the irony), but I thought I'd quote my vision for where we are going in Q1 '06.

Your thoughts on how we can accomplish these goals?
 
Id like to get a iway team or ranger spike together, iwat us no thinking just charging and wacking. I have my ranger up to lvl 17 ascended. Im still a few weeks away from getting him rdy for pvp
 
My Ele/mo is teh ready. I have a spike build, just in case the nuker-burn-it-like-there-ain't-no-tomorrow thing doesn't work ;)

Lightning Strike
Lightning Orb
Blinding Flash
Chain lightning
Some sort of rez *I THINK*

I forget the other two, but I got tips from our guilds very own InvinciMonk :)
