stepping down

Due to being in 2 "clans" at once and personal reasons, I am stepping down from all Toj administrative activities.

These include:
Age of empires chapter leader
real time strategy section leader
Toj server operator (configing and maintaining)
Toj server admin
Toj Staff.

I'll still be in toj for gaming, but wont be taking any leadership responsibility roles.

Teamspeak will still remain (thats cga), along with toj staff file support, cga file support and game server file support for toj game servers.
