Subject: Feral DPS and Tanking Gear Lists updated

Hi,

I finally got the Cat DPS and Bear Tanking Gear Lists updated. The updated lists can be found in Druid Wiki:

http://druid.wikispaces.com/Tanking+Gear+List
http://druid.wikispaces.com/DPS+Gear+List

"Tabbed" web versions of the lists (with more complete info and more items) can be found at:

http://www.gurgleblaster.net/emmerald/Bear_Mitigation/Head.html
http://www.gurgleblaster.net/emmerald/Cat_Sustained_DPS/Head.html
http://www.gurgleblaster.net/emmerald/Cat_Burst_DPS/Head.html

Key updates:
- More gear, including items with randomized attributes (some of them are actually quite good)
- Trinkets have been given "appropriate" values for their "use" abilities
- 2.0.10 modifications included

Remember, the lists are "accurate" only for the specified initial values (check the Druid Wiki pages for details). The values have been set to reflect a reasonable leveling gear at about lvl 70. You will have to use your judgment when applying the gear lists to high-end gear.

I'm looking to do the following updates in the weeks to come:
- Get the Excel sheet up to date, including the possibility to value sockets
- Add enchants (both from Enchanting and enchant items)

Interesting list for Kitty dps, though I think the author needs to give a bit more weight to hit rating. I have both the Fleshling Simulation Staff and Wildcaller, and the Fleshing staff most assuredly is the higher DPS weapon due to it's +26 hit rating. The Wildcaller does boost raw AP higher, but AP means nothing on a miss. The more you contact the target, the higher your overall DPS IMHO. Now, if you are just looking for high crit numbers, then the Wildcaller would be better for that, but over time your DPS output would be lower.

my gosh connor, how did you get that staff..HOW DO YOU DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! tell me your secrets.

Lol, no secret, just do the group quests. Also some seemingly boring/irritating quest lines lead to some nice group quest with excellent rewards. Both staves are from seemingly routine quest lines. Fleshing Simulation is from the Nexus-King quest in Netherstorm, the other one (Wildcaller) I forget the name of the quest, but it is a quest where you have to kill the 4 elite demon slayers on the blood elf side of the Black Temple. Other than that, both John and Anita know I bug them for a lot of enchants. The BC enchants are just fantastic for all aspects of level 70 wow, from DPS to healing. Many are done with very easy-to-get mats.
