What an exciting time Redeemed is entering. We are in the process of electing new leadership and re-organizing how we operate as a family.
Icthus and I have been meeting lots of you and talking about a good many issues of concern.
As you might have heard we talked about Raiding in great detail. You also might have noticed there has been some difficulty in the Redeemed Raiding community. We had two more Raid Leaders step down this week.
This brings a very difficult decision for Icthus and I. Due to the lack of Raid leaders and the coming change in GL's, we feel it necessary for Redeemed to take a short holiday from Progression raiding.
Therefore, Redeemed will have no official Ulduar Raids until the GL's are in place and able to make decisions about Leadership and such.
You as Veterans and Raiders and Regular members are free to go on any instance runs. Redeemed will simply not have official raids. If someone puts something together they will not be stopped.
We want to take this time to concentrate on Guild Leader Elections and growing closer as a guild. The past few months have seen many tensions that come with progression raiding. Lets take a break and have some fun.
There will be some fun filled events coming in the near future. Let me tell you about a few we have in mind.
1. We have asked Shelby and Baldy to do a few Achievement Raids. These are a lot of fun and most people can just jump in and go. Look for more information soon.
2. We have asked Tree to lead a Hogger Raid. This is where everyone makes a new toon and we try to take down the named elite Hogger.
3. We will have a dungeon race. Teams of two to five will race thru a dugeon to be named later.
4. We have asked Eph. to lead an open world PvP raid. We will go somewhere all can go and enjoy some time as a guild.
5. Material gathering contest. We will have a contest to see who can gather the most of a material with great prizes to the winner.
