If Seth(Alizak) hasn't told you yet, the 1.21 patch is available for download on filefront.com. There is no announcement on the BF2 website yet so although I'm pretty sure it's a legitimate patch, the servers probably won't have it loaded yet. My advice is to go ahead and get it downloaded and then apply it when the servers switch to it.
