Annoying people

How do you people react with annoying people that keep on about the
same stuff and be annoying?

Most of the time it's my brothers, and I just yell at them. Not the best response, but the most common.

My sister is annoying. after 11.5 years of dealing with it you get used to the name-calling and wot that typifies the average younger sibling.

Annoying as in Brother/Sister annoying?
Annoying as in Teacher/student?
Annoying as in won't do as you ask?
