Whenever we make steak at home, we just use that extra juice in the pan after the steak is cooked the way I like it. There's so much flavor in that juice that, IMO, that's all the sauce you ever really need...even on a cheap steak.

Sorry...it's a house full of women. We have a stand-up George Forman grill that we used once and that thing doesn't even really count cuz there's no open flame or anything like that. Plus Chinese people don't really grill per say...we pan fry, steam, and stir fry. =\
 
i can pan fry like a champ... mmmmmm

and a good chef can cook a steak in a pan and still have it comeout alright... :)
