If you're reading this message, then you've arrived at the new server. Those who try to access the forums and find they're disabled are still being routed to the old server. Everyone should be on the new server within 24 hours.
HCS is currently writing a novella detailing the struggle to move the forums and associated database from our old server to the new server and plans to post the postmortem once it's finished.
In the meantime, please reply with thanks for HCS and all his hard work. You can also use this thread to report any issues you encounter following the move.
