Speed was never a problem for me. The worst customer service on this planet was. Try cancelling, it takes about an hour. And if you refuse to tell them why you want to cancel they will harass you, yell at you (had it happen multiple times) and sometimes even hang up on you. So keep it forever and you should be okay.
