Grandmother Died Sunday

The title is pretty self explanatory.

She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease a few years ago, so while I was pretty surprised and taken by my grandfather's death a few years ago as he was very healthy, I am sort of relieved for my grandmother (of course we'll all miss her).

I'd appreciate the prayers.
 
The funeral was today and it was good to see family again.

I understand what you mean by sad and relieved at the same time. My mom's mom suffered from dementia in her final years, when my mom took care of her. It was very hard on the family.
