Hey is it too late for a EQ noob to join?

I have played Wow and others and I am looking for a change of pace in terms of game, so I thought I would trial EQ2. But my question is, is it too late for me to start fresh?

It is a fantastic time to join. The game is better then ever with incredible content for all levels, especially new players. Every recent expansion has added tons for new players plus they now give you tons of "veteran" rewards to /claim even as a new player.
