requires a fraction of Friendly with the "Hydraxian Waterlords." Every elemental that you fight in this game that are not water elementals will gain you reputation with the Hydraxian Waterlords until you reach Revered, and from that point on, every boss you kill in MC will give you rep until Exalted. (Note: There will be new receipe and quest once you reach exalted with the Hydraxian Waterlords in the next patch.)

Once you finish these quest, your quest reward will be a very useful Fire resist ring that has a certain good buffs on them. Make sure you don't destroy or sell this ring. Many have done so before and regret. :D

There are two version to this ring, one for caster and one for melee class:

[Ocean's Breeze]
+4 Strength
+7 Agility
+4 Stamina
+15 Fire resistance.

OR

[Tidal Loop]
+4 Stamina
+7 Intellect
+4 Spirit
+15 Fire resistance.

When this chain of quests are completed and when you reach HONOR with Hydraxian Waterlords, you will be able to obtain "Aqual Quintessence" which you use to put out fire runes inside MC.

There are a total of 6 runes inside Molten Core. The only two boss that does not have a fire rune for you to put out is Lucifron and Geddon. (First and Sixth boss) Once these six runes are put out with your "Aqual Quintessence", Major Domo will spawn for two hours. Once you kill Major Domo's 8 servents (4 warriors and 4 priests) then the fight will stop, and Major Domo will summon Ragnaros.

I'm going to burst your Tidal loop bubble PandaX, Geddon does have a rune, its on the bridge just above Golemaggs room.
