you nailed it..eventhough my yahoo is my main email address it was sending my mail to gmail.
so after finally figuring that out i only managed to get the 7/23 patch update dowloaded before i went to bed.
but i must say my graphics and boot time have improved drastically since i installled my new CPU and motherboard.
not to mention my total RAM went from 7.75GB to 8GB like it should be
