WOO HOO NCSOFT!! Spammers go away!!!

NCsoft has actually taking action against gold spammers!! Now level 10 is the magic level. No ingame mail, whispers, chat channels until level 10!! Also no /who!! This is awesome! Yes there will still be spammers but atleast they have to put in 2-3 hours to get there and have more to loose as it is not as easy to spam people then reroll a new toon now they have to relevel! WTG NCsoft!!
