What is WoW Legends?
- We are a Christian World of Warcraft guild. A guild is a community of friends who play and adventure together in the game. Guilds offer many advantages as the members are generally very close and can help you out more-so than anyone else. Guild members can make you items cheaper than what you can buy them at the merchant for such as weapons, armor, clothes, as well as many other essential items from their tradeskills.

What is a chapter?
- A chapter is a generic term used for a clan or guild, and includes a website, community, and forums. A chapter is comprised of all these things, and sometimes more.

I'm a new player.  Is that a concern?
- Not at all, and we welcome all players that have met and agreed with our charter .  We realize there will be many new players who have never even played an MMORPG before, and we will gladly take the time out to help you with your quests and answer any questions you may have.
However, please do not abuse our kindness; we have quests to do, too

What do you offer?
- We have a staff of reliable leaders who are held accountable for what they do. One of their jobs is to monitor the chat and forums to keep it safe for families and children, and they should encourage politeness and dependability in-game. Our leaders are expected to be responsible, prompt, and mature.
In short, we have a safe, fun, and well-managed guild.

What things do you plan on doing, and adding to your chapter?
- We plan on adding polls, and we will be continually updating content to our website.  Content will include everything from adding to the current Articles section, to strategies, tactics, and tips written and submitted by our more experienced players.  We will also hold Bible studies, and will have various in-game activities such as guild instance runs, raids, and exploring the more exotic areas of WoW (specifically designed for introducing new players to the game and world).

Do I have to play on the server the chapter chooses?
- It is very highly recommended by our Staff that everyone have at least one character on our server of choice. We recommend this to be your main character. We also suggest that you create new characters on this server as well.  Our members will not be restricted to this server nor to our guild, but it can be very helpful if you have more than one character on the same server.

Do all of my characters have to be in the guild?
- Absolutely not.  We would like to see you on as often as we can, but we will not be limiting your other characters to this guild.  We only ask that one of those become a member of our community.  Feel free to spread the word about our guild to any others you come across or join, though; as this can help us out as we grow.

Are you an Alliance or Horde guild?
- Publicly we are an Alliance only guild, although many of our members will be creating Horde alternative characters.  Currently our chapter is not large enough to support both factions all the time; but occasionally we will log on with a Horde character.  In the future will be looking to supporting both factions full-time.

Which classes do you support?
- We support all available classes.

Where should we meet to talk online, what messaging programs do you use?
- Click here to find out about our TeamSpeak information, and here to view our members page. To e-mail our staff click here .  Our staff largely uses MSN or Trillian IM.  Some of our members also have Xfire.  In the near future we will be adding member's profiles and you will be able to see all of our members' contact information on their profile.

Who should I contact if I am interested in submitting to the WoW Chapter?
- You can contact us for submitting fan-fiction, screenshots, or suggestions by clicking here .  Also, if you come across any bugs in our website please send them to that same address.

How long have you been around?
- WoW Legends started in December of 2003.

What is ToJ, and what made you decide to be hosted by them?
- Tribe of Judah was started as a Starcraft clan back in about 1999.  They grew, and went on to become one the largest Christian gaming communities on the internet, supporting roughly 12 chapters and having alliances with many other Christian organizations.  We always knew ToJ to be a great community, and so we wanted to be a part of that.

During the current beta where should we be playing?
- We currently play on the Beta Server (1).  Contact Bowfish, LionofZion, Thelyn or Thelvyn for in-game recruitment.  Currently all of our characters are Alliance.  See you there!

Quote[/b] ]AFter you download hte client program and install it...then you need to log onto the teamspeak server:


click connection then connect
click on local addressbook
right-click in the big blank white area on the left side..then click  add server
type in the name of the server in the box that appears(it can be whatever you want to call it)when you are done typing press enter
in the server address put tojcga.game-server.cc:14536
in the nickname filed put whatever you want to be known as on the server
CHECK allow server to assign nicknmes(this is in case sombody already has your nick and is online)
put the dot next to anonymous
put the following in server password: tojcccga10
put a checkmark next to auto-reconnect..if you loose your connection your client will automatically try to reconnect.
then click connect
You should connect to the server and arrive in the lobby.

At hits point you are free to chat on the server.  The next step is registration...it is not required but encouarged.  For one you can use your own password and your nick is protected by the system.  It also makes administration easier for hte server admins.
ok here is how you get registered:

after you log on as an anonymous user:
click self..then click register with server
you will be prompted for a username and your password.
you msut type the password twice.  
*Remember how you typed your username as it is case sensitive..so if you make your username IamVeryStrange then when you go to enter it it MUST be exactly as typed.

after you have registered click connection then click disconnect
it is now time to log on with your shiny new custom nick, username and password:
click connection then connect
click on local addressbook
click on whatever you named the toj server ONE TIME to highlight it.  Look at hte server information on the right..here is where we make changes:
the Label field stays the same
Nickname can stay the same
UNCHECK allow server to assign nicknames
put hte dot next to registered
under login name type the username you registered with previously(see *)
Enter the password you previously registered with(see *)
click connect
you should wind up in the lobby.  If you don ot connect look at hte error in the ext area..teamspeak will susually tell you the problem.

an internal error means you have something set that conflicts.  go through the checklist here again and double-check your settings.

If yoou continue to have issues..contact either teamspeak at cgalliance dot org or hop on as an unregistered user and look for a server admin(they will have SA by their name) or a channel admin(they will have a CA by their name) or jsut ask around.  If you see Hescominsoon on the srever feel free to ask me as well..
