I recently discovered how profitable farming out of there is.
Doing some test runs, you can make 10k an hour of cash and selling the white, blue, purple drops.
Its for 55 monk, using a smiting build, Shield of Judgement with scourge healing to kill the monks.
Here is the screenshot of the skills and attributes.
You leave the east exit and enchant up, then talk to the priest. Take on the 2 small groups of termites (warriors)/termite queens (monks). Then keep heading north and find the groups of howlers.
There is 3 groups of 5 howlers, they are paragons and hit very fast. Make sure to keep heal breeze up the whole time. Casting SOJ whenever its ready.
The termite monks, put scourge healing on them first, then on as many termites as possible attacking you and it will eventually kill itself, if for some reason its not killed and the only 1 left, you can still kill it with SOJ and scourge healing.
you can agro 2 groups of howlers at once but its not easy, spam Protective Spirit and Heal Breeze as much as possible to stay alive. Once you cast SOJ its a bit easier to survive since they slow down attacking from being knocked down.
If you only take on 1 group at a time, get up close to the howlers then cast SOJ, this will reduce the range they have to throw and effectively making them attack faster, which will kill the group with 1 SOJ.
