Given how they support the true ruler of Kryta, I'd hardly say they are a terrorist cell, more that they are reclaiming their home from an oppressive regime.
It's also currently bugged, the two versions of Talmark Wilderness count as two different areas, and the new one isn't programmed to be able to be vanquished. They say they're fixing this on Monday.
I'd only say TexMod is a must for cartographer if you decide you want to get the title after you've already went a bunch of places and didn't explore them, in other words deciding you want the title after the fact.

The name of the program when it is running is (mu)torrent, and the wikipedia page is MTorrent, M being a capital mu, it's a minimalistic version, so I'm pretty sure it's pronounced micro-torrent.
Or you buy a game, then you download the pirate copy because it's DRM-free. You would think game companies would realise the DRM doesn't prevent piracy.
