Yeah where is the best place to pre-order. I am not sure what ring would benefit my character the most so I haven't picked one yet. I am planning on playing some kind of healing class. Any suggestions on which ring will be most beneficial?

Instead of starting a new guild I think you just need to expand your friend list and do more PUGs and get to really know the people that you are playing with. I am not saying that a new guild wouldn't work, just saying that it isn't necessary to witness to others. As far as leadership...
