I agree with Orry's comments. AC is not as terrible as it first seems. I actually got lucky with a good PUG and finished on the first try, but there was a lot of dying as we learned the lessons. If you have someone who has done the dungeon successfully before and knows which enemies to target...

I noticed the same issue with the "re-learning" curve. About the only character I can jump straight into without thinking is my Ranger, probably because I played 40 levels of ranger in the betas :) I have a feeling after enough time with each profession and our preferred weapon combinations...

It would even be nice if they had the ability to put a bio in your account profile for a guild.

Not a fan of this or any other similar thing (macaroni salad, etc.). Two of the things I dislike more than any other food are sour cream and mayonnaise - both of which may be in a potato salad recipe. :(

It's probably a crime of opportunity -- they realize that ArenaNet is going to crack down on the brute forcing quickly, and they're trying to get some use out of their email lists. I agree, though -- the few accounts they compromise will probably just have a load of copper ore :o

Your motherboard has 0 IDE connectors? Usually motherboards have at least one or two, even these days. But if you really don't, they have these really cheap adapters (you can probably get some for like $2-5 on eBay or Amazon, like here) that can plug into an IDE port and give you a SATA plug...
