I for one, will always be willing to jump to an Alt and group with you when you get a chance to play and I'm pretty sure others would too. For me it's more about grouping with the great peeps we have more so than taking down the biggest thing out there. :)

One thing everyone should know... NTC is going to have the upper level cap removed in an upcoming update.

I know that some of us are getting our first Greater Stigmas at lvl 45 for the first time. If you would rather do a solo quest instead of doing Steel Rake (what the stigma quest tells you to do), you can take this quest and get the Drana Crystal in exchange for the 20 Groggies rewarded...

You may enter any Alts you have in the legion into the running too.
