I personally don't see any problems with that, we NEED healers more than warriors (which we currently have PLENTY of).

Huge negative values are there to make a point, people will get it removed if they talk with me personally, and will be welcome in the raid again.

True. Weird stats, but it's actually not that bad for tanking. You gotta get a lot of stamina from other slots though, but yeah, that could actually be farmed easier than most of this.
