You can use the dungeon finder. It automatically assembles a group from different servers to run a dungeon together. Makes finding groups pretty easy.

I miss Kara. That was by far the most fun, most diverse raid. There were so many really cool encounters/concepts. I ran it every week for a year and it was still fun.
