Add as_tundra

I think tundra is a great map, and since we don't have any vip rescue maps I wanna make a vote for adding it to the map cycle on the server.

as_tundra is actually one of the better as map out there. Its alot more balanced than oilrig and quite fun once you find your way around it

AS_* maps are nice, it's just a lack of good as_* maps and as_* ideas.

If you think about it, what would a VIP be doing out in the middle of nowhere, all icy and cold with no coat on? If he is that important, he would not be in that situation...

Yea, I think it should be there for vote only. It is one of the best "as" maps I have played but only if there are not too many awper's. Great map!
