Battered Hilt

Someone mentioned to me this morning that some guildies were farming some of the regular difficulty ICC 5 mans hoping for a Battered Hilt drop. According to this thread the hilt only drops on Heroic mode.

ya it dropped my very first run on heroic, it was an SGA group, can't remember who won it though.

The drop rate on the Battered Hilt was also affected when the drop rate of all world drop epics was reduced for the new dungeons. I also saw one on my first run, but I have yet to see another one drop.
