Please follow @cgalliance on Twitter.

Because I just spent 30 minutes on a Friday night changing the account password and posting test tweets.

And because I'm actually considering installing the Twitter Android app just so I can post to the @cgalliance Twitter feed at a moment's notice should the need arise.

That's dedication, people.

Dat @cgalliance.

Props for dedication. :D
Well, I said I was considering it. Every time I look at the Permissions page for the Twitter Android app, I think, "There has GOT to be a better way..."

Isn't there a third party twitter app?

I think it was called tweetdeck? I used to use one when i went to tournaments, using the official app for my personal twitter, and using the third party one for my team's twitter.

TweetDeck Android and iOS apps are toast. :(

I guess accessing the TweetDeck site via Chrome for Android or using UberSocial or TweetCaster on my phone would do the job.

I feel like I'm being drug into the social networking age, kicking and screaming about privacy and permissions all the way. :p

EDIT: It would be really cool to find something that lets you use multiple Twitter accounts and has both web-based and Android clients. But so far, I haven't found anything that meets both criteria.

Okay, I've set up a HootSuite account.

Unfortunately, I can only add 5 social networks with a free account, so I wasn't able to add the Google+ pages I created for the CGA and ToJ.

And now I seriously need to eat lunch. :p

Just signed up for the HootSuite mobile web app beta. If I get in on the beta, I'll be able to access HootSuite (and thus the CGA and ToJ Twitter feeds and Facebook pages) from my phone WITHOUT having to install an app that requires permissions I don't feel comfortable giving.

Hoping I get in the beta soon!

Even such a consideration is quite the dedication. ;)
