Hello! I recently did a faction change and am ready to move servers. I'm looking for a raiding/progression guild that is Christ centered.

I've been a GM, RL and MT for four years and looking for a 2-3 night raid group.

If anyone knows of a guild that could use me, can you let me know? Here's a quick armory of my toon...

You might check with Redeemed, Tribe of Judah's WoW Alliance faction guild.

The Forgiven also have their forums hosted here.

Both TF and Tribe of Judah are member-groups of the Christian Gamers Alliance. I'm not familiar with the raiding schedules for either TF or Redeemed, though.

And of course, there's always our list of Christian WoW guilds.

We would love to have you if you would have us! We currently are raiding ICC 10 and 25 on progression nights which are Tuesday, Thursday and Monday starting at 6pm Server Time (Server = West Coast)

While we would definitely love to have you, our guild is more focused on fostering a Christ-centered social gathering than on raiding. As a result, while we do have active, regular raids on a weekly basis and access to a lot of raiding options, we do not focus on raiding in the slightest and therefore I can't guarantee any progression if that is what you would like most.

To give you an idea of what we mean by progression, we do have select members who make use of our networking options to pwn ICC on hard mode, the majority of our raiders are in the Pestilence quarter on EZmode.

Probably less than 30 of our 180+ members raid on a regular weekly progression basis, in or out of guild.

Edit: to be straight forward I probably should mention that although you will never hear a TF leader tell you not to play a class, spec, or role, TF is also home to a lot of tanks. A LOT. Probably because we never tell people not to play them. So if you're hoping to become a raiding MT, we might not be the best place to be.

You guys have had this style of raiding for years and years haven't you? It seems to be working very well.
 
Yes, it does, for those who know how to operate under it. For those who don't, it can be very difficult to get into raids.

Basically, here's how it works:

TF is a founding member of a coalition of several guilds on Terenas. The elite members of those guilds will band together into several power raiding forces, many of which are doing quite well in ICC, up to the last bosses of normal (not sure about heroic mode kills.)

In-guild, we're up to Normal Rotface, with no heroic kills.

This double-tiered raiding system works well in our opinion, as we're not a raiding guild, but we have members who have cleared a fair bit of raid content. Edit: and yeah, we've done it this way forever. Some of our raiders have killed C'thun and Illidain this way. Edit Edit: at the appropriate content levels, of course.
