Chrono Trigger Remake

I heard there was a chrono trigger remake project going around, so i decided to google it, and it's true. Same story line i think, but this one's in 3D, using Unreal Tournament 2005 technology.

BTW isn't this frowned upon by the copyright holders? I know that the remake of System Shock 2 for Doom 3 got smacked down by EA (or whoever it was that holds the rights to ss2).

They've been doing this for quite a while, it's coming out for PC. I believe they are permitted from Chrono trigger's original makers.

Atown, don't prejudicize, if you've been to the website, it's almost the exact same thing, but in 3D. New graphics and New music, it's sweet.

Apparently there's also a mod being made for HL2 called Return to Mana http://returntomana.mods.de/ Looks cool, it'll probably never come out though. It's supposed to be an unofficial sequel Secret of Mana or something. I've never played that game, but this mods looks pretty cool.
