CPU problems

For some rason my AMD 2800+ is now running at 1.25 GHZ does anyone have any idea why?

After doing some reading and checking the BIOS some more I found the problem. My CPU external frequency was set to 100 MHZ I set it to 166 and now it works fine. Thanks anyway!

sometimes a bios will reset to defaults if a machien wasn't powered on correctly

some motherboards do change it when power supply is failing or such. if it happens again check ur psu
