I read your "tutorial" but it's more aless a discussion... So, can I just save my images as a JPEG and change the file ext, to TGA? And then give it to you guys?
 
Hm. I don't believe it's that simple. It's been a few months since I tried my hand at a custom icon, so I've completely forgotten anything I learned.

If that tutorial isn't any help, I'd try googling for another Natural Selection AMX Mod X custom icon tutorial.
