Is a denomination a division of the church?

No.

A division of the church occours when people start fighting with each other over who is right and who is wrong. I've been in Anglican, Presbeterian, Lutheran, Inter-denomination, Non-denomination yadda, yadda, yadda and so on. And never have I heard the leaders of those churches say that they are right and everybody else is wrong.

I don't think it's fair to conclude that there is a complete lack of denominational division in the church based soley on your own experiences Peon, because if nothing else, there is at least SOME division on account of different interperetations. I have never experienced it either, but I know that it happens with more radical groups.

None of them differ on the message of the Gospel.

Except for the Roman Catholics, which is less a division based on interpretation of scriptures, more based on their early attempts to make christianity more palatable to pagans.
