Disabling QoS Bandwidth Thief

Maybe if someone would set the QoS packet % up to about 80% and see if that changes your connection. If it does then the 20% might be affecting it too. With dial up I need all the help I can get. incorrect or not.CS.
ps. Microsoft claims alot. Windows 95 - ME comes to mind. lol

Go To Start - connect to - right click on your internet ISP and choose preferences.
Now go to the Networking Tab and see if QoS Packet Scheduler is listed under This Connectionuses the following items: . If it is the gpedit.msc should work if you are running windows xp. If QoS is not listed then try to install it then try the gpedit.msc . If you need help installing QoS go to start-Help and type in QoS packet and it will give you the install instructions.CS.
