How do I get rid of my Luxon faction without hurting my Kurzick levels?

You can't. If you have 15k faction with the Luxons, and you have 10k Kurzick faction and you decide to buy some Jade that costs 3k Luxon. You will also lose 3k Kurzick faction to bring you a total of 12k Lux, 7k Kurz. That's the only way it works.

Should I vanquish all my Kurzick areas before completing anymore Luxon areas?

That's your own personal question. Is it worth it to lose what luxon faction you ahve now and gain more Kurzick so you can use the Kurz. Or do you not have that much Kurzick faction that its worth losing a couple K. In your situation its just a matter of how much of one faction are you willing to lose. Once you make that decision, i would stick and VQ that area before moving on.

What is the best way - for the guild - to spend Kurzick AND Luxon faction?

The best way to get rid of Kurz faction for the guild/Alliance is to donate it to one of the guilds. There is no way to help the Alliance with Luxon faction- only thing you can do it get Jade or scrolls.

Don't forget that buying skills count for double towards your title. So if you're in a Kurzick alliance and want to know the quickest way to raise your Luxon title, going to Cavalon and buying as many Luxon skills as you can is the way to do it.
