Druid Flight Form

Well, about a half a level behind Deed, I finally hit 68. And upon doing so, I immediately headed for the trainer. I bought all my new spells, did not read a one except for flight form. I immediately hearthed back to Netherstorm and began to fly.

It is simply amazing.

After flying around Netherstorm a bit, I decided to head to Hellfire. No, I did not use the gryphons. No, I did not use flight form all the way around from Netherstorm, Blade's Edge, etc. I flew straight across the Twisting Nether itself.

After showing Holly (Daire) the new form, I promptly began to buzz-bomb Honor-Hold and any other small groups of people I found. Yes, I was showing off :)

I then flew out to Shadowmoon Valley, and discovered the whole map via flying. After that, I decided to see what that small uncharted mountain-encircled area at the top of Hellfire was. Know I know :) I won't say in case it is a spoiler for someone.

After seeing the sights I decided to fly back to HH and got too close to Thrallmar and attracted the attention of a bat rider  He promptly threw a bomb at me, which really did very little damage. However, it was enough to force me out of flight form . . . several hundred feet up! I died.

Well, here are some screenshots I took:

First off, congradulations on level 68. Glad to see you were having fun in Flight Form. Is there a height requirement for discovering new land? What I mean is that do you have to be lower to the ground to discover the new areas of uncharted lands, or can you be as high as you want to be?

So far I have not found any height requirements. I have discovered map areas when flying quite high.
