I've been putting off posting this for a couple days, but I think I need to bring this up. For those of you who aren't aware, the Detroit Automotive industry is hurting right now. I work for a major supplier of automotive components. This Tuesday my company announced another round of reduction in workforce, this is the 6th round in about 4 years. I'm not sure how many employees we have in the two technical campuses, but 250 people are going to be affected. People will start to be approached on Monday. All contract employees have already been shown the door. One of the engineering managers I work with is absolutely convinced he will be gone next week.

After so many rounds I'm beginning to feel a little numb about this whole subject. I don't want to be unemployed, but I'm starting to wonder if I want to work there anymore. I like the work, but less people just means more for those left.

Please pray for my coworkers and I to see God's hand leading us to wherever this will lead us.
 
be praying for you guys, ive been watching the cuts in automotive and its been really sad to see everyone getting layed off. pray all goes well.

First, I'd like to thank God for this worderful gift of faith He's given you!
You know you are in His hands for you submit to Him..

Therefore we pray that He would lead you in truimphant procession with the rest of God's inheritance. That He would judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep. And that He would comfort you with His presence continually.

That He would hedge you into Christ so deeply and so profoundly that you cannot HELP but to see this Love!
