you might want to play single player first, to get around the game.
going straight to on-line may doom you for being a newbie, no offense.
if you are going on-line, UsEast is the most place people will be on (excluding active members here).
IM them while you can if u want to play with them...
eg: flash, tek7, etc.

Ya I know! I will do most or all of Single player first to get the perspective, then go online!

Aye, I know, "better" is a matter of opinion. I purchased both games and the expansion packs for both, but I still prefer Starcraft. I still hold that Blizzard made a big boo-boo when they tried to cross-breed Diablo and Starcraft.

Problem is though, you like it, you just dont play it as often as other, high res games, heh. Even though people have it, it doesnt mean the play it alot, some even have them dirty, around where they left their junk stuff...
Me, their all racked up 1 1/2 feet away from me, I even got the old Warcraft and Warcraft 2/Beyond the Dark Portal Expansion set, and the Warcraft battle chest.
I dont have the Starcraft battle chest cause, my Starcraft is a burned cd, heh. Its funny too, I dont know who owns the original.
Their dusty, least I dont have to find it where people lose them. -_-
But it does mean I dont play it, mainly cause Starcraft was better than Warcraft, even the newest edition; WoW/War3, not my style of gameplay.
