Since we are close to the point for running GP (the new 10man), here are a few notes I found, as well as the bosses and fights. None of this information is mine, just compiling it into a single thread for us to read in preparation.

Stats (from a MT that tanked all the bosses)

Tanks
HP - 11k~ buffed
Toughness - 150~
Hit - Not really a big issue but 150~


DPS
Hit - 200~ 220~ for good accuracy
DPS ~ DPS need to be able to pull at least 700-800 to get through most fights without worrying bout enraging.

"For warrior DPS if you can't pull 700 on a dummy just spamming your AP macro then here is abuild that does"

Healers ~ Healers are extremely important in this instance and need to be well geared, you can afford to slack a little on the Tanks and DPS but healers need to be top notch.

Spell power~ should be or close to 1200~ buffed.
Reaction time needs to be on key, especially on 1st boss which is proly the 2nd hardest fight.

Gear
This instance is not a cakewalk and will destroy the average joe's trying to attempt, Full T2 gear with proper accessories not a bid deal if someone is missing 1 slot or 2. But most of your members need to be geared out and focused.

Roles

Everyone should be extremely proficient at different roles in their class. Each boss requires a bit different group formation from having Cholors/Bard/Healer to needing 2 MT's, as well as, DPS races.

T1's are a joke now, so if your not proficient in a role, run a T1 with guildies to work on it.

I would love to start this raid soon. Even if it's just the first boss. Loot appears to be just as good, if not as good, as loot from GSB/RoS. ;)

For a full clear, yes we would all need to be T2 gear, but that shouldn't stop us knockin' on the first boss every once and a while. =D

From what I'm hearing, they are downing the first boss with 4 heals, 4 dps, and 2 tanks. The typical heal formation is 2 clerics, 1 chloro, and 1 bard - but we can adjust that to our needs and limitations.
 
Really sorry about last night guys. It's been a busy week. I got family here this weekend and my wife was playing role of drill sargeant giving orders :) (I love you baby!). I was just super tired.

I'm very anxious about doing GP and would like to get this organized.
 
We didn't get nearly enough interest, too many people with offline friendslist. Not sure why it was such a dead friday night. We did get some good spankings in CC however.
 
Well one thing is for certin, we have enough regular players in lower levels, Once they get up in levels we will be blessed by enough in house to do these kinds of things.

That said I do look forward to trying this out... Very excited to give it a try.

We almost have enough level 50's to make 2 full groups now, and the addition of a few higher 40's almost there.

I just hope that I can heal through some of that stuff. That seemed like a very bad heal intensive fight... Cant wait to test it.
 
I tanked one of the raid rift dailies yesterday and it was a blast. I am really looking forward to doing the raid dailies with the guild. I doubt we will get a full 20 anytime soon but we certainly will have 10 ready soon and we can fill in with PuGs to start knocking them out. They are really fun fights with multiple stages and some great gear dropped. A lot shorter then an instance so you could knock them out quick and start saving the currency for the crazy epic essences.
 
I am pretty much available in the evenings...work is getting very busy so if we schedule would work best for me.
