Does anyone know an up-to-date site for reg and elite tome prices?
i need to get a bunch for my monk but have no idea what
prices are fair/reasonable

You could also try argos-soft.net/GwEstimator/. It lets you search for what prices people are buying/selling items for. As a reminder, people usually sell high and buy low, so keep that in mind!
