Removed because Atown was very correct, in something i had not thought of, was not intending at all to come close to flame, Im sorry if it was taken that way.

or not because that could cause serious rule violations and role over into flaming...... be careful ..... and i thought the graphics were more realistic than wow's cartoony essence, not saying one is better than the other but yeah.

I will admit the truth in that statement... that is truth. i do enjoy the gameplay of WoW a little more than GW... yet... i still have to raise the case that GW has more strategy into it. it is harder... and i enjoy that.
 
have you seen the new expansion? how does that fit in to your assessment? granted it's largely reactionary to other games, but still...

i'm just generally (seriously) a bigger fan of the cartoony (though good...) graphical style rather than attempts to mimic people
 
i prefer hte cartoony wow thing alot too just because it feels like a game. kinda like cs and css, cs 1.6 feels like a game and has the physics to boot, but css is like the biggest headshot box in existence and just doent feel like a game as much as cs does
 
meh... i will agree there is a time for cartoony graphics.. YET... i still have to prefer the GW graphics considering... i wanna play a game and have things look realistic... i am a big person on how realistic it is. There are always those games in which i love the cartoony... ness... just because it is fun, yet... when it comes to a majority of the games i play... i prefer realism.
 
The graphics of WoW is simply a natural progression of the original art for Warcraft: Orcs and Human. The base, cartoony style, graphics progress through WC2 and WC3. The graphics of WoW keep in that tradition and is part of the draw of the entire Warcraft series. To have the graphics any different would be a disgrace and disservice to the Warcraft Franchise. Stating GW graphics > WoW graphics is like saying Oranges > Chocolate. Its true for some but not everybody and not even necessarily for the majority.
