other than the obvious MC running, what's the easiest(fastest) way to gain rep with them?

anyone know where to find the waterlords?
Yeah, I don't know why you'd want rep with them... The rings are nice, but not really worth grinding (since you'll earn rep fast enough in MC). Other than the ring, you get nothing for it.
That said, you can get rep from some of the elementals in Silithus (not the air ones if I remember correctly) until you hit honored (I believe) and then you can get rep from Incendius in BRD and that fire elemental guy in UBRS.

The Hydraxian Waterlords are off the coast of Azshara. It's kind of hard to explain where exactly right now so you can ask me anytime in game. ^^;

You gain Hydraxian rep by killing any elemental in Silithus (NW corner) and EPL (NE Corner). Killing those elementals will only get you to friendly. After that, you have to take out the trash and bosses in MC. The trash alone will get you to Revered. To get to Exalted, only the bosses in MC will work. The only boss in MC that nets you no Hydraxian rep is Domo, thats because you never actually kill him.
