hello,
wow..this place(forum) is big! amazing.
Anyway, glad to be here.. I can't wait to actually get more into playing guild wars.
I haven't done too much yet. My computer seems to just barely handle the game.

Welcome to the guild! We love having new people around.

As far as running the game, try playing with your settings in the options panel. You can do a lot to improve the performance there.

Believe me, we know. :) Dorkelf and I used an old, barely-usable compy to run our second account. It was dubbed the "dungeon computer" by the other PvP people, and was notorious for long zone times.
 
Welcome to the guild and yes you posted in the right place :) What profession is your character-characters? Which of the 3 games do you have? I usually have an extra weapon to pass on to new players and let me know if you need crafting supplies for new armor. Check out http://gw.gamewikis.org for great info if you haven't already. My family are the officers for new members so feel free to bug us with anything. :)

indeed, welcome to the guild. you won't see me in-game, at least not for a while. gotta set up internets and such in the apartment first....

Manyik, I have Factions GW and these are my characters as follows:

Ranger: Katrina Hawk
Mesmer: Orianna Eclipse
Elementalist: Fleur Agape

I don't really know what supplies I need yet. I haven't played in a group because I didn't know anyone.

Maid Mirawyn, I will try the options panel..thanks for the idea!

Sorry. Can you guess what MY fave profession is? :D If you need mesmer advice, let me know! My mes has beaten Prophecies and is on her way through Factions right now.

Manyik is just our log in name. I had no idea it would be on every post but it's to late to change it now. So please it's Kel or Rho or Popcorn or Johnson Family. It was nice to meet you in the Guild Hall today and I hope the bow works out for you. Will keep my eyes open for some ele amd mesmer stuff

cause you know Jonhson Family is SO much shorter then Manyik... btw where did Manyik come from? and Maid Mirawyn, or Chicken Soup?? I SMELL A NEW THREAD!!!

and i guess i wasnt that shy, i did try and jump into everything :D
