Thanks to Tek, I will keep my LoL up to date. If there are several CGA gamers here who would like to plan some in game fun let me know I would love to get a group together for the game.

Removing post...leaving League of Legends...if you are wondering why too much junk in game with random people.

Pub (short for public game) stupidity was one of my key motives in founding Tribe of Judah back in 1999. I had decided that I would either find a group of like-minded people to play with (and what better way to ensure the best odds of likemindedness than create a Christian gaming group?) or quit StarCraft: Brood War.

Yes, that's right: I had planned to quit playing StarCraft online completely if Tribe of Judah didn't take off.

So don't get upset when faced with jerks in LoL. I know that it can be difficult to remember after spending so much time playing with Christian gamers, but the larger gaming community is full of jerks. It's unreasonable for us to expect jerks to not act like jerks. It's the reason I refuse to play pub games in Left 4 Dead 2, why I strongly prefer playing TF2 on Tribe of Judah or FISH (Christian Crew) servers, and why I text chat very infrequently in QuakeLive matches.

Instead of quitting a game you enjoy, find other Christian gamers and arrange matches instead. There's a number of members of the CGA community who play LoL, so don't give up just yet!

Also, in LoL, with the advent of friends lists, you can find less 'jerk-y' people to be on you team, and with the /ignore or /mute name command (case sensitive name) you don't have to hear the flames of the other team...
