Priceless and I talked about this site. It is sponsored by Xerox. According to the website, soldiers will receive letters / thank you cards based on the submissions on this site.

It looks like it is only for the US soldiers. Sorry Jesh and other Canadian CGA members.

I'm a Canadian, how can I say thanks?
At this time we are unfortunately only able to send postcards to U.S. troops. We understand the desire to send support to troops from other nations, and would encourage you to visit the Department of National Defense (http://www.forces.gc.ca/) for more information on similar programs taking place in Canada and other areas of the world.
