I really like the judging others section. I think it's extremely wise what Jesus says. I have found it to be so true. Those who judge others are judged right back. Those who keep their mouths shut end up being respected and honored.
One of the most common things we do is to point out the faults in others that are in actuality, faults we dislike in ourselves.
The remedy is prayer.
Pray and ask God to show you whether or not that is a fault within yourself. If it is, ask God to help you overcome it.
On the other hand, there are appropriate times when we must confront someone on their behavior. In these situations, we must be careful not to judge but to be loving and wise in our speech.

I also really like the foundation of rock part. One of my favorite hymns is "Solid Rock" ---> "On Christ the solid rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand." I have seen how building my faith in Christ has helped me to weather the tougher times.
