Movie Shoot Scheduled

Hey all. With all the videos that's coming out, I've been inspired to create a modivational guild music video of my own. The core of that video will consist of some primary footage that I'd like to shoot with as many guildees as possible. So I'm making these announcements:

Next week, our Wednesday service will be held in the snowy peaks of Dun Morogh outside of Iron forge. Following the service, we will do some quick filming. It shouldn't take long, and for these shots, there won't be any battles or scripts or difficult lands. I just need a zerg of Redeemed bodies. (not dead mind you. hehe) All classes, races, and levels are included. Just show up, enjoy the service, and be in the music video.

Perhaps it's time to explore BitTorrent as an option for media distribution? We could upload the video to a BitTorrent site and designate a few people with spiffy upload speeds to seed the file.

We might even be able to set up our own BT tracker, but I doubt GoDaddy would be happy with that (as most BT sites help distribute pirated software and music).

Speaking of which, does anyone know of any gaming-related BitTorrent sites?

EDIT: Hm, maybe Bowser or Malohaut can talk with the guys over at legaltorrents.com about using their tracker.

I'm not sure about this, but when we Downloaded BitTorrent for the first time (before we whiped our memory) we started getting a bunch of porn. Not sure if BitTorrent did it though, just want to give some input.

Well Bittorent is just a format to download files and share with others, it really depends on the client you use, just like any P2P application. If you download Kaazza for example the normal version is full of Spyware that could potentially cause porn pop ups, where as if you use something like Kaaza Lite it has been removed.

If you use just the normal bittorrent client that has not been altered you should not receive any spyware that I know of. I personally use Bittorando and have never experienced any problems.
